For every commercial job we run, the workflow is identical. Pre-bid coordination, signed contract, weekly progress reporting, multi-phase inspection, full close-out package. The discipline is what separates us from electricians who only quote residential rates with commercial markup.

Project scope + walk

Pre-bid walk with the GC, property manager, or facilities team. Identify circuit counts, dedicated requirements, special equipment, occupied-tenant constraints, after-hours windows.

Step 02

Itemized commercial quote

Per-square-foot or scope-based pricing. Materials, labor, permit, inspection coordination, certified payroll if applicable. COIs delivered with the quote.

Step 03

Schedule + sequence

We hit your schedule. Phased work for occupied tenants, after-hours when needed, coordination with other trades on multi-trade builds. We don’t hold up the GC.

Step 04

Weekly reporting + certified payroll

Weekly progress reports, certified payroll filed on time, daily logs and material delivery documentation. Standard for every public-sector and prevailing-wage job.
