Tell us what’s tripping.

Same-day quote response. Owner answers the phone, not a 1-800 line. Whether it’s a panel upgrade, an EV charger, a generator, or a flickering hallway light, we’ll have a real conversation about what’s actually wrong before quoting a number.

Three ways to reach the truck.

Most quotes go out same-day. For larger jobs we come on-site for free, walk the panel with you, and put the quote in writing before any work starts.

Common Questions

Before you call.

How fast can you get out for a quote?
For most residential calls (panel upgrades, EV chargers, lighting, troubleshooting) we can be on-site within the week, usually 2–3 business days. For commercial or government work we coordinate around your schedule and your inspector. Emergency no-power or sparking-panel calls jump the line and get a same-day truck roll.
Do you charge a trip fee for an quote?
No. On-site quotes for residential and commercial work are free in our 100-mile service radius. We come out, walk the panel with you, talk through the actual job, and put the quote in writing before any work starts. If we end up not being a fit, you owe nothing.
What’s your service area?
100-mile radius from Sevierville. Sevier, Knox, Blount, Jefferson, and Cocke counties primarily, plus the Smoky Mountains corridor. We regularly work Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, Farragut, Powell, Maryville, Alcoa, Townsend, Dandridge, and the surrounding lake-and-cabin towns.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Tennessee licensed electrical contractor with full general liability coverage and worker’s comp on every job. We also pull permits for every job that requires one and coordinate with the county inspector ourselves — you don’t make a single phone call to a government office.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and old-fashioned checks. For larger jobs (panels, generators, full rewires) we typically structure a 50% deposit / 50% on completion. No lien-style “balance due before we leave” surprises — the schedule is on your contract before any work starts.
What hours do you work?
Mon–Fri 9am–5pm for standard quotes and project work. Emergency cell after hours for no-power, no-heat, sparking-panel, or flooded-electrical-room calls. We don’t run a 24/7 dispatch — the cell goes to the same person who quoted your job.
