Charge ports are on different corners depending on the car, cables are 18 to 25 feet, and a two-car garage means the spot has to work whichever bay you end up in. We look at how you actually park, which side the port is on, and whether a second EV is coming. If the conduit will show on an exterior wall, we route and finish it with your subdivision’s guidelines in mind so it does not turn into an HOA letter later.
KUB territory, TVA power
Farragut sits in KUB’s service area on TVA generation, and residential rates here make overnight charging cheap compared to what the same miles cost in gasoline.
