Common scope: motor and motor-starter installs, VFD installation and parameter configuration, PLC control panel wiring and integration, three-phase service entrance for industrial loads, pump and lift station electrical (Zoeller, Goulds, Grundfos), conveyor and material-handling controls, dust collection and air-handling motor controls, and the troubleshooting work that keeps existing industrial operations running when something goes down.
We work on industrial control panels in the Sevier-Knox-Blount corridor and across East Tennessee. Manufacturing facilities, water and wastewater pump stations, agricultural processing (poultry, dairy), food and beverage production, and the smaller industrial operations that don’t have an in-house maintenance electrician.
For motor and VFD work specifically, we configure drive parameters for the specific motor and load (saving the parameter set to a USB so it can be reloaded if the drive fails), tune acceleration and deceleration for the application, and verify three-phase balance after install. Most industrial motor failures we see are caused by bad VFD configuration or three-phase imbalance, not the motor itself.

Motor + motor starter installs
New motor installations, motor swap-outs, motor starter (across-the-line and reduced-voltage) wiring, motor protection device selection (overload relays, motor-protection circuit breakers).
VFD installation + parameter setup
Allen-Bradley PowerFlex, ABB ACS, Schneider Altivar, Yaskawa GA-series. Parameter configuration for the specific motor and load, acceleration/deceleration tuning, parameter set saved for restore.
PLC + control panel wiring
Control panel new-build and modifications, PLC I/O wiring, control circuit design, terminal block layout per UL 508A. Coordinate with your controls engineer on logic; we handle the electrical scope.
Pump + lift station electrical
Zoeller, Goulds, Grundfos pump installs and replacements. Float switch or pressure-transducer level control, alarm contact wiring, control panel for duplex or simplex stations.
Three-phase service entrance
Three-phase service-entrance installation and replacement, utility coordination for transformer sizing and drop, distribution panel selection for the specific three-phase load profile.
Troubleshooting + down-motor response
Same-day response for down-motor and down-line emergencies on operational industrial accounts. Megger testing, three-phase imbalance diagnostics, VFD fault diagnosis, control circuit tracing.
